1. What is BluLever Education?
BluLever Education is a South African vocational training organization dedicated to transforming skills development by empowering artisans through innovative, demand-led education programmes. We aim to build a connected artisan ecosystem that supports individuals at every stage of their journey, offering opportunities to grow their careers, education, and businesses.

2. What programmes does BluLever offer?
BluLever offers the following programmes:
● 3-Year Apprenticeships - We off er comprehensive apprenticeship programs in plumbing, electrical, solar and automotive. Our curriculum combines technical skills training with soft skills and entrepreneurial skills development, preparing artisans for successful careers in their respective fi elds.
● Short Courses - We off er a range of short courses for professionals already working in the industry. These courses can be technical or non-technical. Two examples:
○ The Green Plumber - taking qualifi ed plumbers and upskilling them with green technologies such as rainwater harvesting and heat pumps.
○ The Artisan Academy - empowering artisan entrepreneurs by enhancing their skills, providing expert mentorship, and creating opportunities for market access with the ultimate goal of helping these business owners achieve sustainable growth and increased revenue.

3. How does BluLever's training model work?
Our training model is demand-led and connected, focusing on aligning with industry needs. We collaborate with employer partners to ensure our programs are relevant and eff ective. The model includes technical skills training, self-leadership development, soft skills, entrepreneurial skills and continuous support, creating a holistic approach to artisan education.
